New development within the existing Halliburton Saihat Base. The project consisted of 343 bedroom personnel accommodation in two large residential blocks with recreation and dining facilities. The scope of works includes centralized MEP area, warehousing, workshops, perimeter blast wall and associated external works of 15,000 m²
