SATS Start-Up Cargo Terminal ​

The project comprised the construction of a 4,500 m2 logistics hub at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam. The structure was engineered using a reinforced concrete raft foundation and floor slab, supporting a sophisticated insulated cladded steel superstructure. This comprehensive delivery included all essential MEP services, with a specialized focus on fire protection systems and the integration of sundry office spaces to support on-site operational management.
