Quality Control and Accreditations
We are proud to be a Class One Certified Building Contractor, a recognition that underscores our commitment to excellence and precision. Our accreditations include industry-leading certifications in safety, environmental management, and construction standards. This includes ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, and OHSAS 18001 for Occupational Health and Safety.
Quality Control
The master programme will be prepared prior to the commencement of works, featuring 3-month and 4-week look-ahead progress reports to ensure timely updates. A detailed design programme will be established for all disciplines, fully integrating with specialist subcontractors to facilitate collaboration. Additionally, a master procurement schedule will be created, encompassing both subcontractors and suppliers. To support effective tracking, we will utilize schedules, phasing diagrams, and 3D modeling. Regular programme review workshops will be conducted to facilitate ongoing assessment and adjustments, ensuring continuous progress monitoring against the baseline. Furthermore, independent monthly audits will be performed, followed by team reviews to maintain accountability and drive project success.

WORKING PROCESS
Health & Safety

Key Drivers
At Absal Paul Construction, we are proud of our zero accidents/incidents record, a testament to our unwavering commitment to safety. Our board of directors and management team are fully dedicated to promoting a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization. We actively encourage behavioral change to prioritize safety in every aspect of our operations, fostering a work environment where safety is always the top priority.

WorkSafe
HomeSafe
Behavioural
Programme
To effectively change workers’ attitudes toward safety, it is essential to encourage communication and engagement among all team members. Each site should be dedicated to delivering safety awareness and training to all personnel, ensuring that everyone understands the importance of maintaining a safe work environment.

Health &
safety plan
The project will be organized with specific components, including preliminary information, implementation strategies, and monitoring and control measures. A thorough site induction process will be established to ensure all personnel are aware of the operational protocols. Additionally, significant risks will be identified and assessed, and a detailed Lock Out/Tag Out system will be implemented to ensure safety. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for the site will be clearly outlined, and first aid facilities will be made available. This information will be circulated and communicated to all parties involved, with periodic reviews to maintain up-to-date safety practices.

Management
Plans
Site mobilization will encompass a comprehensive approach to general logistics, ensuring that worker welfare facilities are maintained to support a safe and comfortable working environment. Effective traffic management and segregation will be implemented to facilitate safe movement on site. Plans for horizontal and vertical movement, including lifting processes and requirements, will be established to ensure safety during operations. Waste management practices will be enforced alongside water and sewage management to mitigate environmental impact. Additionally, measures will be taken to control dust, noise, and light pollution. A robust fire strategy will be developed, alongside an emergency plan and procedures to address potential incidents. Finally, a security plan will be put in place to safeguard personnel and assets throughout the project.

Selection of
subcontractors
The project will operate with a preapproved supply chain to ensure quality and reliability in all materials and services. It is crucial to secure buy-in from subcontractors, aligning them with the project’s goals and standards. Additionally, a contractual tie will be established to integrate policy and procedures into all agreements. Prior to commencing work, prestart meetings will be held alongside the completion of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) questionnaires to confirm that all parties are aware of and committed to maintaining safety and compliance throughout the project.
