PIF Tower Office Fit-Works

The scope of works is for the completion of the interior fit-out works to eighteen (18) floors and the relevant areas of basement LB1 of the “PIF Tower,” Parcel 1.16, at the King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh. Works include the design and build of new offices, including demolition works, temporary offices, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, supply and installation of furniture, and testing and commissioning of all fit-out building systems, etc.
