Sharbathly Cold Storage Facility

The project involved the construction of a 6,000 m2 extension to the existing MASCO facility in Dammam. To ensure structural integrity, the project featured stone pile ground improvement across the entire footprint of the structure. A key technical highlight included the installation of DM2 rated steel fiber reinforced concrete floors, specifically engineered to accommodate heavy racking systems and intensive forklift movement. The facility provides extensive cold storage capabilities, including both chilled and frozen environments, with all other areas fully conditioned to meet stringent customer requirements.
